By using aycitattoo.com or booking an appointment with All You Can Ink Tattoo ("we," "us," "the shop"), you agree to these terms.

1. APPOINTMENTS We are an appointment-only shop. We do not accept walk-ins. All appointments must be booked in advance via text or phone (208) 567-8045.

2. AGE REQUIREMENT You must be 18 or older to be tattooed. Idaho law allows the tattooing of minors aged 14 and above with signed parental consent. However, we do not allow anyone under the age of 16 to be tattooed in our shop. Clients aged 16 or 17 must have a parent present with them for the entirety of their appointment and must sign the consent form in person.

3. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit of $100 per piece, or $200 per All-Day Session is required to book an appointment. Your deposit is applied toward the final price of your tattoo. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING - You may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice, and your deposit will transfer to the new date.
     - Cancelling, or rescheduling with less than [48 hours] notice, forfeits your deposit.
     - Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session or rescheduling, and your deposit may be forfeited.
     - If we need to reschedule, your deposit will transfer to the new date in full.

5. PRICING Any price given before your appointment is an estimate. Final pricing depends on size, detail, placement, and time. We will discuss pricing with you before we begin.

6. CUSTOM ARTWORK All designs are created by the artist and remain the artist's intellectual property. Designs are not sent out before your appointment, and you may not take a design to another artist. Reasonable changes to your design can be made at your appointment.

7. HEALTH AND SAFETY You agree to tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy that could affect your tattoo or healing. We may refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or for any reason we believe affects safety. You will be asked to sign a consent and release form before your tattoo.

8. AFTERCARE Proper healing is your responsibility. We will provide aftercare instructions. We are not responsible for problems caused by not following them. Touch-ups are offered free within 30 days for issues not caused by poor aftercare.

9. PHOTOS We may photograph your finished tattoo and share it on our website and social media. If you prefer your tattoo not be shared, let us know before your session.

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE We reserve the right to refuse any tattoo design, placement, or client at our discretion, including content we consider hateful or offensive.

11. WEBSITE CONTENT All artwork, photos, and content on this website belong to All You Can Ink Tattoo and may not be copied or used without our permission.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Tattooing carries natural risks, including allergic reaction, infection, and variation in how ink heals on different skin. By getting tattooed, you accept these risks. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your service.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page is the current one.

14. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
